Our Services

Speed / Agility Training

Achieve peak performance with our speed and agility training for athletes grades 6-12+, designed to enhance your timing skills for optimal sports proficiency. Tailored sessions focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring athletes reach their full potential through precise time management strategies. Using tools like ladders, cones, and plyometric exercises, we focus on improving footwork, reaction time, and overall athletic movement.

Strength Training

We build strength and resilience in athletes grades 6-12+ through targeted training using medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, and yoga. Each session ends with complimentary yoga-based stretching, focusing on the muscle groups worked during training to promote recovery, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility for peak performance.

QB / WR Training

Specialized training for athletes grades 6-12+, designed to elevate performance on the field. Our sessions focus on improving throwing mechanics, footwork, route running, and hand-eye coordination through tailored drills and exercises. We incorporate resistance bands, agility ladders, and position specific techniques to build strength, speed, and precision. Each session is designed to develop the skills and confidence athletes need to excel in game situations.
